We will confirm and arrange the transportation of your required products in the most convenient manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all BPS products available for purchase and outlines the expected logistics process when you place an order with us.
Delivery
Once you place an order through our official website or with our sales team, we will contact you to confirm the estimated shipping and delivery time for your selected products. Delivery time is subject to seasonal factors and overall order demand. We make every effort to maintain the shortest possible delivery cycle to ensure you can use the products as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date at the time of order placement.
Under normal circumstances, products will be dispatched from the factory within 10 working days after successful order submission. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.
Due to the high value of the goods, a signature upon delivery is required. For your convenience, you may have the goods delivered to a company or location where someone can sign on your behalf. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us via email at bpsash418@163.com and provide the updated detailed address information.
Any issues or delays occurring after the goods are in transit are beyond BPS Watersports control. If any abnormality arises during delivery, we will assist in contacting our logistics partners and provide all relevant information to help resolve the problem.

Shipping Costs
Transportation methods include air freight and sea freight. The final shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight, size, product type and destination of the goods.
For engine-powered surfboards shipped to the United States, sea freight is used by default, with shipping costs already included and no additional charges. The estimated shipping time is approximately 30 calendar days. Please contact us separately if air freight is required.
Product prices do not include customs duties.
Logistics Information
After the goods are shipped, you will receive a logistics tracking link for your BPS Watersports order.
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple batches. In such instances, you will receive tracking information for each batch.
For orders containing BPS Watersports boards, the estimated delivery time cannot be guaranteed as batteries are classified as dangerous goods. Batteries may be separated from other cargo and delivered separately via different logistics channels at different times.
Customs Duties
Import duties imposed by various countries shall be borne by the buyer. We may collect duties on behalf of customers and assist with customs clearance procedures.
