Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free return policy. Returned items must be unused and in their original, intact packaging.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged by improper human use. For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, the seller shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
If more than 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we regret that we will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

Important Notice: To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase or receipt must also be provided; otherwise, returns will not be processed.

If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account first.
You may then contact your credit card issuer, as refunds usually require a processing period before being officially credited.
Next, contact your bank, as internal processing is typically required before a refund is issued.

Exchange & Warranty Policy (where applicable)

If the product malfunctions or operates abnormally during use, please contact us promptly for troubleshooting. The warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Consumable parts such as spark plugs and motors are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, installation of non-original parts, improper use in violation of instructions, or other human factors is not covered under warranty.
  • Engine damage resulting from failure to add lubricant to gasoline as required or use of inferior lubricating oil is not covered under warranty.
  • Wear and tear from improper operation, accidental damage, and damage caused by foreign objects entering the machine are not covered under warranty.
We only provide replacements for products and parts defective or damaged due to non-human factors. To request replacement of non-human-defective parts, please send an email to: bpsash418@163.com.

Return & Exchange Shipping Rules

To process a return or exchange, please first contact us at bpsash418@163.com to obtain the return address.
For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost, which is non-reimbursable. If a refund is issued, this shipping cost will be deducted directly from the total refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
If the value of the returned items exceeds $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing transport insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
